Ingredients
Mint (40%), Peppermint (40%), Pennyroyal, Centaury — 35 g
After meals. During work breaks. On warm days as iced tea. In the late afternoon. During moments of digestive discomfort or when a fresh and light drink is desired.
Preparation Instructions
Hot tea: add 2 teaspoons per 150 ml of water at 90 ºC. Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
Iced Tea: add 2 teaspoons per 200 ml of natural water. Cold infuse for 12+ hours.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from light.
