Instructions for requesting free resolution

How to submit a return or cancellation request

Click on the link below or access our refund policy to start your request.

1. Log in to your account:

a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".

b. Open the email sent by our store and copy the 6-digit verification code.

c. Go back to the store and enter the code.

2. Click on "Request return" or "Cancel order" for the desired order.

3. If the order has more than one item, select the ones you want to return.

4. Select the reason for the return and add a note.

5. Click on "Request return".

If the request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions

and a return label. After receiving the product, we will process the refund.
