What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made by MBway, Multibanco Reference, Credit Card and Klarma.
How long does it take to ship my order?
It will be sent within 48 hours after the order is requested and paid.
What should I do if the item I am interested in is out of stock?
If you wish to purchase a quantity greater than that available on our website, please contact us. Let us know the product and quantity you require and we will do our best to assist you. We may have more units in stock than are displayed online. Please send us an email to teravitis@gmail.com with the subject "INSUFFICIENT STOCK" and we will respond promptly.
The product arrived damaged upon home delivery, what can I do?
You can send an email to teravitis@gmail.com with the order number, the reference of the damaged product and a photo attached so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Put "DAMAGED PRODUCT" in the subject of the email.
